SIDE EFFECTS- People on hypertension medication or with low blood pressure are advised not to drink this tea. Consuming large amounts may lead to nausea and vomiting. Its antimicrobial property causes it to kill the friendly bacteria present in the digestive tract, leading to digestion problem. It is recommended to consult a doctor before using it for cancer or any other terminal disease.
PREPARATION: Boil 2 cups of water. Add 5-6 leaves and allow it to steep for a minimum of 20 minutes. Drink 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup at night for up to 2 weeks. Take one week off then resume this schedule. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER TO STAY HYDRATED.
